Telesales Representative

Potrero Media is a leading performance-based marketing company and has been in operation since 2001 successfully growing in the lead generation and online publishing services.

We are looking for enthusiastic, assertive, and experienced Sales/Service Phone Reps!

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Verify customer information
• Maintain a high quality for all customer communication
• Sell / Service accounts
• Successful with both Inbound and Outbound campaigns
• Transfer calls efficiently and effectively
• Can work in a high-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Can perform very well in a predictive dialer environment
• Excellent customer service / problem solving skills
• Previous sales and telemarketing experience a big plus
• Ability to prioritize and use time management skills
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to the highest work standards

Experience

• 3 to 5 years in a Predictive Dialer (Outbound) environment preferred
• 3 to 5 years in customer facing, sales or service position
• 3 to 5 years Telephone Sales Experience
• Eloquent, excellent communication skills, articulate in person and over the phone
• Computer literate and able to maneuver between screens, programs

Compensation

• $10 to $15 per hour based on experience
• Additional bonus / commission to be earned based on performance and quality
