Email Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of an Email Marketing Program, including customer acquisition, customer retention, and data management.
• Creation and execution of email messaging strategy, including deployment and launch of targeted email newsletters and communications. 
• Management of all email marketing operations including, but not limited to, client/vendor relations and lead generation. 
• In-depth reporting and analysis of email analytics to assess campaign effectiveness; implementation of solutions to optimize and enhance the user experience to maximize conversion rates
• Monitoring of market trends to offer insight and propose improvements to the company’s marketing position and brand awareness 
• Market Segmentation and Targeting – getting the right prospects and optimizing conversion rates 
• Planning, Updating, Executing, Measuring, and Reporting on marketing strategy and success 

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has managed an Email Marketing Program focused on customer acquisition and lead generation and has an extensive background with Email Marketing. 
• Previous experience with a Business-to-Consumer email marketing strategy. 
• Minimum of four years progressive experience managing strategy development and execution for email based marketing. 
• Demonstrated success driving measurable results through online marketing efforts.
• Ability to analyze data and create and implement ROI-positive email marketing strategies. 
• Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills. 

Salary, bonus, and equity depending on experience and performance. This is a demanding full-time position in a startup environment. Success will be rewarded.
